What this service is

YourHomeServicesPros.com is a free referral service that connects homeowners with independent service providers in their area. We are not a contractor and do not perform services. Providers are independently owned and operated; pricing, availability, qualifications, and response times vary and are set by the provider. Calls may be recorded and monitored.

Our role is limited to connecting your call with a participating provider. We do not inspect, supervise, guarantee, warrant, or take responsibility for any work performed, and we do not employ the providers or their technicians.

No guarantee of availability, price, or outcome

Provider availability, response times, pricing, diagnostic fees, and any promotional or preferred pricing are set solely by the independent provider that answers your call and may change without notice. Provider availability, response times, qualifications, pricing, and estimate policies vary and must be confirmed directly with the provider. Any agreement for services, including scope, price, warranty, and payment, is entered into directly between you and that provider.

Emergencies

This site is not an emergency service. If there is a gas leak, fire, carbon monoxide alarm, electrical hazard, flooding that threatens safety, or a medical emergency, call 911 and your utility company first.

Your use of the site

• Provide accurate information about your location and the work you need.
• Do not place repeated, automated, or bad-faith calls, or otherwise generate artificial call volume.
• Do not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, resell, or republish any part of the site, and do not interfere with its operation or security.
• Do not use the site for any unlawful purpose.

Calls and consent

Calls placed through the numbers on this site are routed through tracking numbers and may be recorded or monitored by the receiving provider for quality, training, and verification purposes. Intellectual property

The site name, content, layout, and graphics are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive no license to use them other than to view the site for its intended purpose.

The site and the referral service are provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the site, your dealings with a provider, or your breach of these terms.

Disputes and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which we are organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing any claim, contact us at legal@yourhomeservicespros.com so we can try to resolve the matter informally. Disputes about work performed must be raised with the provider that performed it.
